Wow. It took me a few days to remember I had a Parenthood episode to watch. (You'd think I was like super busy or working all the time or something. Um, no. I do have a lot going on in my brain, but not so much actually going on.)
So anyways. I don't know. I was really tired during this one, closed my eyes a few times, but there were some parts I really liked.
I loved when Julia and Joel were about to have their serious conversation on the phone but then Joel says it needs to happen in person and she's like, "Come over," and he's like, "On my way," and then she's all frazzled running around because she has two minutes to try to look hot before he gets there. AH. Love it. Then of course at the ice skating rink with them on the phone again and him "just wanting to hear her voice," but then he shows up, and they kiss in front of the kids. Oh man, seeing Syd and Victor's faces during that... that made me tear up a little.
What else did I like? I don't know. I mean, I liked Adam coming back to Crosby at the end. I liked Hank showing up to do the crib and Sarah saying yes. Drew's story line is a little boring and seems forced right now, and I'm usually bored with Zeek and Camille anyway. I don't know. They're sort of wrapping things up in a very wrappy-uppy-please-the-audience kind of way, which sort of bores me, but it's fine. I guess I'm just ready for it to be over.
Or I'm just really, really tired right now.
